What is the delivery time period?

Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pincode. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pincode in the box named 'Check delivery details' on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

What Shipping chares are applicable?

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 25 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.75

Is there any COD Charges?

For COD orders, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.25 per product.For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.75.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.


Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

  1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag).
  2. ‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  3. Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
  1. You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.
  2. After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
  3. If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your Fully Funky wallet within 24 hours of refusal.
  4. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your Fully Funky wallet once the product is picked
  5. For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to the Fully Funky wallet.

Money got deducated but order was not placed on the site?
  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
  2. For assistance you can write to us at contact@fullyfunky.com, we will be happy to help you out.
How Do I Track My Order?
  1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your Fullyfunky.com account .
  2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
